Tristan Thomas, Director, Digital And Innovation, Etihad Airways

Tristan Thomas heads up customer and commercial digital delivery for Etihad Airways, and leads an internal innovation hub that ensures the airline’s transformation is enabled by the latest technology and ideas.
 
He has led digital marketing, analytics, strategy, innovation and commercial strategy teams and is currently a member of IATA’s Digital Transformation Advisory Council.
