Melissa Skluzacek, Director - Trading & RM, easyJet

Melissa Skluzacek joined easyJet in January 2020, where she is Director – Trading & Revenue Management.  In her role, she oversees the Trading function, maximising revenue for both ticket and ancillary products through pricing and revenue management, whilst working closely with all areas of Commercial and Marketing to provide an integrated approach to revenue production.  She is also responsible for the Commercial BI and Revenue Management Optimisation teams, working towards data democratisation of trading data across the organisation and leading the efforts to improve upon easyJet’s already sophisticated revenue management capabilities utilising data science, system enhancements, and business process changes.   Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the revenue management space, including senior leadership roles at Spirit Airlines and Frontier Airlines.  She completed her master’s degree in Statistics at the University of Minnesota and holds undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Economics.  Originally from Minneapolis, she currently resides in the United Kingdom where she is enjoying exploring Europe with her husband and two teenage daughters.
