Lisa Goode, Social Business Director, Southwest Airlines

With more than 30 years at Southwest Airlines, Lisa has been responsible for creating, developing, and leading various Teams within the Company, including the newly formed Social Business Team in 2014, responsible for the social and digital evolution across Southwest Airlines and the launch of Southwest Airlines Listening Center.  Most recently her role includes guiding the efforts of the Digital Workplace Team, responsible for design, development, and implementation of the Company’s Digital Workplace efforts, including a new Company intranet, collaboration platforms, and Employee dashboards.  Her oversight and ongoing Team development also includes the Multimedia and Graphic Design Team known as The Creative Studio as well as the Measurement and Analytics Team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights that help guide the Company’s communication response and storytelling efforts. Lisa never shies away from a good meme, still regularly changes her cell phone ringtone, and remains unbiased on the pronunciation of GIF with a hard “G” or Jif, like the peanut butter.
