Julie Shainock, Global Managing Director, Travel and Transportation Industry, Microsoft


Julie is the Global Managing Director for Travel, Transport Logistics and Hospitality at Microsoft. She is results driven Global Business Development Executive that is focused on delivering new technology solutions and increasing market share for her clients and her company. She is skilled in building, enhancing, and maintaining an organization that fosters cross functional communications and collaboration between senior executives, sales, operations, brands, customers, and partners. She has managed and engaged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multi-million dollar engagements in the travel and transportation industry including Airlines, Railways, GDSs, Travel Related Services – Hospitality, Gaming, Rental Car, Travel Agency’s, and Freight Logistics.
Ms. Shainock has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) from The University of Texas at Austin. She currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband - Scott and three daughters.
