John is a member of IBM's Travel and Transportation Center of Excellence as well as the IBM Industry Academy, and is focused on airline operations consulting. John began his career with airlines in customer service and has progressed through a number of roles and projects that include modernization of the entire passenger journey both the passenger, employee, and airline enterprise IT perspective. He has previously helped airlines with applied AI and cognitive capabilities, digitization, mobile strategy, as well as a number of operational projects regarding meteorology, flight planning, irregular operations, and more. John has most recently focused on airline operational systems modernization and flight operations efficiency.
