Guido is the Chief Client & Commercial Officer (CCO) and Global Executive Partner at manyone, a global strategic design consultancy that works for brands like lufthansa Group, TUIFly, AWS, Zurich Insurance, IKEA, Meta, Deutsche Telekom or Star Alliance. With 20+ years of experience at the intersection of strategy, design and technology, Guido works with global brands to deliver sustainable experiences for their customers that translate into loyalty and business impact.

Prior to his current role at Manyone, Guido was Head of Experience Design for Lufthansa Group, with the mission to firmly establish human-centric design as a strategic initiative within Lufthansa Group and to change the way how one of the world's largest airline groups creates future products, services and experiences for its more than 140 million guests. Guido is also an advisory board member and founder of several start-ups (including non-for-profits), as well as a frequent speaker at international events and conferences.
