With his 23 years of experience at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Alexander Csidei is an experienced aviation professional. He started his career at KLM in 1996 as a flight attendant, developed himself into a purser and ended his flying career after 12 years. Over the years he also worked at Inflight Services and in the Procurement Corporate and Marketing department. In his current position as Social Media Hub Manager at KLM, Alexander and his team are responsible for 24/7 Social Media Servicing in 10 languages at different locations worldwide on platforms such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Messenger, WeChat and LINE. For this, an outsourced operation of 400 agents is controlled. Alexander and his team focus on continuous innovation, for example in the field of Artificial Intelligence, so that agents can perform their work better.
