When and where will World Aviation Festival take place?

 

World Aviation Festival will take place on 4 - 6 September 2019 in London. Address: Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London, N1 0QH 

 

What are the set up times?

Set up: Tuesday 3rd September                   13:00 - 18:00

Tear down: Friday 6th September                 16:00 - 18:00  

 

How do I get to the venue?

Is there parking at the venue?

There is a car park located next to the Business Design Centre. Please note there is a 1.9m height restriction. For further details, please click here

 

What are the opening hours?

  CONFERENCE EXHIBITION
Day 1: Wednesday 4th September (for conference & VIPS only) 08:00 - 18:00 10:00 - 16:00
Day 2: Thursday 5th September (all attendees including exhibition visitors)
08:00 - 18:00 10:00 - 16:00
Day 3: Friday 6th September (all attendees including exhibition visitors) 08:00 - 16:00 10:00 - 16:00

Is there official accommodation for the event?

Is there a dress code?

Business or working attire. 

 

Will there be wifi at the event?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available to all attendees within the venue. The Wi-Fi details will be provided in the onsite event guide.

 

Will there be food provided?

Coffee breaks and lunch in the exhibition will be provided.

Does the venue have a business centre?

How do I register for a pass to the event?

How much does it cost?

Premium ticket prices are published here . There are limited early bird tickets available, so book early to get the best price.

 

Can I register a group of people?

Yes, you can click on [Add attendee] at the bottom of the registration page to consolidate your group registration within one booking. Register for your passes here .

Every individual must register with a unique email address to receive event confirmation and instructions for their badge collection.

 

Where do I pick up my badge?

Badges can be collected from the registration desk when arriving at the event. Please bring along a business card and your confirmation email (digital or print) to collect your badge.

 

How do I contact other World Aviation Festival registrants?

You will be able to arrange meetings and make contact with other registrants through our event networking app. You will need to be a registered attendee in order to access the app.
