When and where is the event?

World Aviation Festival 2020 is being held between Wednesday 23 – Friday 25 September 2020

The event is being held at the ExCeL in Central London


How do I get there?

The venue the ExCeL is well connected with public transport readily available. The venue is a short walk from Custom House (for ExCel) DLR Station and is accessible on the DLR. The venue is also easily accessible through regular bus services.

How much are tickets?

The final ticket price is £2495 for our top ticket but you can save a significant amount by booking early. The earlier you book the cheaper your ticket will be! We also offer a discounted rate for airlines and airports.

Who else is going to be there?

We expect over 6000 attendees to World Aviation Festival 2020 for our biggest event yet. This includes 2000 conference delegates and a further 4000 visitors. Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the event which will be accessible via a password given on-site.


How do I receive my ticket?

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive your ticket via email straight away. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact a team member here. In the lead up to the festival we will also keep you updated with any news via email.


Where do I get my badge to enter the show?

Your badge will be sent a few days before the show via a QR code. You can also attend the show by showing your business card and identification that will confirm your registration. Please print your badge before you attend to skip the main queue.

Can students attend the show?

The World Aviation Festival conference is aimed at a senior audience of aviation professionals. However, both the premium conference and free to visit exhibition are open to all who have the relevant ticket.


Will there be security at the event?

We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and there will be security present at many points at the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.


Is there a dress code?

Our attendees typically dress in business attire, however, feel free to come as you are and what makes you feel comfortable.


Will there be food?

Food and beverages are not included as part of your event ticket but is available to buy within the exhibition hall and within the ExCeL.
