OneGrab’s mission is to change the way passengers eat throughout their journeys, by adapting the trends that have shaped the F&B industry downtown (food delivery, cloud kitchens) to the complexities of the travel industry.
We do this by deploying small cloud kitchens airside (with an accompanying delivery system), so passengers can order last-minute meals online and receive them at the gate before boarding or directly onboard: meals that are local, fresh, and made-to-order.
This offers passengers a wider food offer and the customer experience they enjoy at home or the office, while increasing ancillary revenues for our partners (airlines/airports)."
