MindYourself is an app that upskills aviation workers to manage their mental health by applying evidence-based tools when short on time, like just before take-off or during a 5-minute break. If support is required, they can access our peer-to-peer intervention. Aviation workers are matched with trained peer-to-peer workers from their profession (for example, pilot, air traffic control, cabin crew, or grounds engineers) and receive text or telephone support. Alternatively, they can receive support 24/7, wherever they are in the world, through AI/machine learning, when working in a remote area, being away from home, or during a night shift.
