At Andriyanov & Partner Mathematicians and Economists, we developed a set of practices to tackle these challenges by computer simulations of business processes that interact with optimizing agents. The traceable multiplex simulation usually incorporates machine learning models, demand forecasts, production costs, available capacity and their interdependencies. The optimizing agent searches for optimal decisions and strategies by thousands or millions of interactions with the simulation. This approach allows using data for automated decisions and advancing from pure forecasting and analytics.
