2021 has become a crucial year for the aviation industry to ensure its survival and get back to some level of normality.
Over the last year we launched our World Aviation Festival Virtual community and brought together over 60,000 senior executives from the industry at a time of unprecedented disruption to help us all rethink, rebuild and recover.
We are now looking forward to welcoming that community to join us in London this December to meet face to face once again and be inspired by our 250 speakers over 2 incredible days.
We have every intention of running the event live, and the delegate fee reflects that.
However, should we be obliged to run the event virtually, we would be happy to refund 100% of the registration fee (or, transfer your registration to the following year's event).
Terms & Conditions
Terrapinn's liability is limited to the registration fee paid.
Delegates are advised to ensure that their own corporate or personal travel insurance is up to date and covers pandemic cancellation.
Delegates are strongly encouraged also to closely examine flight and hotel booking terms. Most reputable companies offer reasonable flexibility or cancellation options.
In order to claim the refund, the event itself needs to be amended from live to virtual delivery. You need to have received a written announcement from a named Terrapinn representative to this effect in order to claim your refund.
Refunds will be processed 45 days from receipt of a claim.
If you as a delegate are unsure of your own ability to attend the event we would advise you to delay your registration for the event until such time as you are confident that you will be able to travel to the event.
A substitute delegate is always welcome.
