NEW UK TRAVEL RULES

Following the recent announcement from the UK Government, please take note of the updated requirements for international arrivals into the UK.

If you are arriving on Monday Nov 29 then you do not need to do anything and you are not impacted by this change.

If you are arriving on or after Tuesday Nov 30 from 4:00am , the UK now requires all international arrivals to complete a PCR test by the end of day 2 of their arrival (the day of arrival is day 0). It then requires arrivals to self isolate until they have their negative result.

We have taken the proactive approach to ensure that the show can run safely and to the high standard that exhibitors and visitors have come to expect.

Fill out the form below to obtain the reference number to book your rapid PCR test

We have partnered with a testing firm, who specialise in rapid PCR and event testing and will be set up at 2 of our HQ hotels, Novotel Excel & Aloft London , which are both just minutes walking distance from the ExCeL. They will be providing rapid PCR testing for just £65 (card or cash accepted) with results being emailed to you within 2-3 hours. This means all international participants can easily arrive in the UK, come to one of our rapid PCR testing sites to take their test, check into their hotel room and wait for 2-3 hours for their results, at which point they can leave their room.

The testing will be available:

Tuesday 30 Nov (8am – 12am midnight)
Wednesday 1 Dec (8am – 11pm)
Thursday 2 Dec (8am 2pm).

It's a walk-in test centre, so you don't have to pre-book your test. You can go to either hotel and take the reference number with you.
