Aviation Festival Americas is committed to running a safe event.

 

Our venue holds the highest standard of daily cleaning on the expo floor and in between sessions.

 

To eliminate physical touchpoints, we have created a robust digital interface (via Swapcard app) for attendees to access event features (i.e. accessing registration badges, networking meetings, attendees, badge scanning, agendas, floorplans, etc.) so attendees can effectively and safely experience the physically event.

 

Testing and vaccination

 

Participants without a proof of vaccination will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours before before entering the event.

Swapcard App

 

Swapcard is the only place for you to view your registration pass, the conference agenda, floorplan, attendee list, and sponsor & exhibitor list. Please download before arriving.

Personal protection

 

All attendees will be required to wear a face mask at all times. Hand sanitizers will be located in all areas of the event. All attendees will be temperature screened on entering the venue

Inside The Show

 

We've increased staff and security to provide the BEST customer service and information accessibility. Trash will be removed from the exhibit hall with greater frequency. Daily disinfecting will take place to sanitize all seating, restrooms and frequently touched public areas. Feeling sick unexpectedly at the show? Please alert a member of the Terrapinn Team

Crowd density

 

There will be additional seating or standing room provided in each room for you to safety distance yourself. 

Non-Contact Registration
 

 

Registration will be non-contact via the Swapcard app. Exchange of business contacts will be facilitated through QR codes in the event app.

Venue commitment

 

All public areas of the venue will be sanitized regularly, airflow and circulation enhanced
