  • I registered for the May 12 th -13 th dates of Aviation Festival Americas 2020, what happens to my registration for the new October 15 th -16 th dates?
    • Your registration will automatically be moved to the new dates.
 
  • What if I can’t attend during the new dates?
    • Delegate passes can not be reimbursed. You can transfer your registration to a colleague by emailing Jimmy.Skroubelos@Terrapinn.com with your colleague’s information.
 
  • I booked my discounted room in The JW Marriott Marquis room block for the May 12-13th dates, do I need to cancel the reservation? 
    • Your room will be cancelled by the hotel and you can book a room in the new room block using the updated link below.
 
  • Where is the conference?
    • JW Marriott Marquis Miami
      255 Biscayne Blvd Way
      Miami, FL 33131
      Exhibition and Conference Sessions will be in the Metropolitan Ballroom, Junior Ballroom, Plaza Ballroom and Gallery Rooms
 
  • Do you have discounted room for attendees?
    • Yes! There is a limited number of rooms available at The JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Book your room with this link by April 20th 2020.
 
  • Where do I get my badge?
    • You can collect your badge from the registration desk located on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the foyer outside of Metropolitan Ballroom.
 
  • What time does registration open?
    • Registration opens at 7:30AM on Thursday, October 15th and 7:30AM on Friday, October 16th.
 
  • Where is the exhibition hall?
    • The exhibition hall is located on the 3rd floor in the Metropolitan Ballroom.
 
  • What are the conference hours?
    • Conference hours are 8:30AM-6:30PM on Thursday, October 15th and 8:30AM-4:05PM on Friday, October 16th.
 
  • Where can I view the conference agenda?
    • The full schedule and agenda can be found on the website here or in the networking app .
  • Will drinks and food be provided?
    • Yes, a light breakfast, boxed lunch and coffee will be available during networking breaks on conference days. 
    • There is also a cocktail reception on the 19th floor of the hotel on Thursday, October 15th.
 
  • Will there be WIFI in the exhibition hall?
    • Yes, basic WIFI will be provided for all attendees.
 
  • Where can I find the latest floorplan?
 
  • Can I view the presentations from the conference?
    • Yes, the presentations will be available to view and download in the networking app within two weeks of the conference.
 
  • Where can I view a full attendee list?
    • You can view a full list of attendees, sponsors and speakers in the networking app under “profiles”
 

NETWORKING APP

 
  • What is the networking app?
    • Download the “Terrapinn Events” app in your app store on your phone
    • The event code is “Aviation Festival Americas 2020”
    • Enter your username and password
 
 
  • When is the app available?
    • The app will be available on March 31 st 2020.
 
  • I didn’t receive my networking app login information, who do I contact?
    • First, you need to be registered for the conference to receive your login information
    • If you are registered, check your junk folder for an email from Aviation Festival Americas 2020 < Ashley.pierson@terrapinn.com >
    • If you still can’t find your login information, email Ashley.Pierson@Terrapinn.com .
 
  • How long so I have access to the app?
    • The app will be available until December 30 th 2020
