.    Sarah Guest is director of the Guest Building Group, with an expanding and diverse portfolio of enterprises under her development. Her vast experience over 20 years in the Building and Construction Industry has led her to acquire operations in construction, training and real estate within the Guest Building Group.
 She has a MBA in finance, Bachelor in Building and Construction Management, Post Graduate Diplomas in Marketing and International Education. Sarah has managed notable residential and commercial construction projects in Melbourne several together with national construction companies. The projects were executed with a sound knowledge of statutory standards and procedures, developing her extensive skills in project management, strategic planning and risk and change management.
 
.     As well has being a registered Building Practitioner and member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, holding both Commercial and Residential licenses and is a REIQ licensed real estate agent. 
.     With strong working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian standards in relation to building, construction and maintenance; and possessing high level communication, interpersonal, negotiation and report writing skills Sarah is on the technical advisory board of the Victorian Building Authority.
.    Being passionate about sustainable building processes Sarah has implemented Environmental sustainable building processes and methods and has developed significant environmental services waste management efforts, including but not limited to; site and off site building including risk assessment/compliance.
Sarah has developed and controls cost containment measures associated with waste management, product handling and damages, spills and emergency situations, and has further implemented unique GBG hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs.
.    In 2016 Sarah was the winner of the BORAL -Construction- Business Woman Award of the year from National Association of Women In Construction. The selection of women who entered were from tier one building companies. This award has assisted Sarah in her goal to empower many more young women within
male dominated industries . I has since mentored and supported many young female AFL players through their career including Carlton Football Club and GWS GIANTS NSW.
