Ed Walker is the General Manager Projects Victoria at the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC). He leads the delivery of both the Inland Rail and North East Rail Line Upgrade projects in Victoria. 
Ed’s history with ARTC dates from 2014 to 2017 during which time he held the roles of Manager Infrastructure Strategy, GM Corporate Development and finally Director Customers, Service Offering & Terminals within the Inland Rail Leadership Team. His return to ARTC comes via John Holland, where he held the position of GM Strategy and Business Development.
