Ismail Bel Bachir was appointed CEO of Tabuk Pharmaceuticals in 2010. He was instrumental in transforming the organization from a Saudi-based family business into a leading established pharmaceutical corporation focused on the MENA region. Recognized as a strategic leader, Ismail brought with him a bold vision of success and he built the necessary tools and processes to firmly ground the organization for sustainable growth well into the future.

Before joining Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, Ismail held positions from business analyst to Junior Partner during a ten-year career at McKinsey & Company. 

Ismail maintains active involvement in the community and has a passion for endeavors which benefit the upcoming generation. He is involved in student recruitment and mentorship and contributes to and leads fundraising to provide scholarships and financial assistance for students in need. 

Ismail holds a Master’s degree in Life Science from Agro- Paris Tech and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
