Open to: All companies with an online B2B proposition operating in the Middle East, Central and South Asia and North Africa.

The Middle East will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - GCC countries (to include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Palestine Territories and Turkey. 

Central and South Asia will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

North Africa will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania.

Excellent product, user experience and strong sales will be a given, but judges will also be looking for evidence that this is a company who is committed to online selling, demonstrating true innovation and market leadership.

 

Criteria: 

Entrants will be judged on their answers to the following questions: (Answers to each question will be cut off after 250 words) 

  1. Name your website, provide a link and give a brief description of your site 
  2. Name your key partners, designers and solution providers 
  3. What are the 3 unique benefits of your website in comparison to that of your competitors 
  4. How do you provide exceptional user experience? 
  5. How do you drive traffic to your site? 
  6. What is the percentage of new customers and repeat buyers per month (Use figures / percentages)
  7. What is your conversion rate of visits to customers (Use figures / percentages)
  8. What is the approximate size of your current customer base? How has this grown over the last twelve months? (Use figures / percentages) 
  9. Summarise in 250 words why your website deserves to win this award
