SECURITY POLICY

At the World Vaccine Congress, the safety and security of all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors are our top priorities. We have implemented a comprehensive security plan in collaboration with an experienced security team that has managed high-profile events, including those attended by White House officials and other VIPs. 

 

To ensure a safe and professional environment, all attendees are required to adhere to the following security policies: 

• Badges must be worn and clearly displayed at all times while inside the venue. 
• Barcodes on badges will be scanned upon entry and re-entry to verify access credentials. 
• ID verification is required when collecting badges at registration. 
• Individuals without a valid badge will be denied entry or escorted to the registration desk to obtain a replacement. 

• Our security team is highly trained and experienced in managing large-scale events with high-profile attendees. 
• Security personnel will be stationed at the entrance of every conference room and exhibition hall to monitor access and ensure compliance with event policies. 
• A comprehensive security plan has been implemented, including heightened measures beyond previous years. 

• Any incidents should be reported immediately to event staff or security personnel. 
• If event organizers are not present in a particular session, attendees can refer to the instructions in the chair packs on how to report misconduct. 
• Any individuals found violating this policy may be removed from the event. 

 

• All registrations are subject to review . Our team actively screens delegate lists to ensure that only individuals with a genuine role in the vaccine industry are admitted. 
• The event organizers reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny registrations based on eligibility. 

We encourage all attendees to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity, security concerns, or inappropriate behavior to event staff or security personnel. We will take swift action to ensure a secure environment.
