Christian Hess joined Loyalty Partner Solutions in 2007.

By implementing and operating the customer loyalty programs of Deutsche Bahn (BahnCard and bahn.bonus), Lufthansa’s global frequent flyer program (Miles & More) and the coalition loyalty program PAYBACK (as an in-house client), LPS is responsible for the largest and most successful loyalty schemes in Europe.
