Eng. Mansour Helal Al-Anazi is the General Director, Economic Affairs and Tariff of The Electricity & Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA). He obtained his M.SC. and B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 1997 and 2005 respectively. is certified as a Professional Project Manager (PMP). He has fifteen years of experience working in utility and regulators. He published tow papers in the electricity field.
