Peppy is currently the HR Director at the JW Marriott Marquis in Business Bay; the tallest hotel in the world.  The hotel employs 1600 associates with most housed in company accommodation.  Peppy’s responsibilities span across Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and Housing Management.  Peppy was born and educated in the UK, has a degree in HR and Computer Science together with qualifications in NLP, Lean six sigma and is currently completing his Level 7 CIPD qualification.
