Graduate of La Rose De Lisieux School, Dokki back in 1995, joined Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, graduated with honors. After working in the field of Marketing as a Assistant Marketing Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers ,Oman to complete my “Diploma in Effective Marketing”, I came back to Egypt and joined MobiNil as a Roaming Analyst in the Marketing Department, duties included but was not limited to handling Marketing, PR and Analysis to the Roaming activities.
After spending nearly 5 years in MobiNil, I decided to move to a new field working in a non-profit organization CARE (Canadian Aid) in a project called “Awareness Against Aids”. During my work I had the opportunity to attend a Train the Trainer program conducted by the “World Food Program”, where I was a Certified Trainer and started Training mainly on HIV AIDS to Corporate and UN Staff.
My Career then shifted to the Banking Sector where I joined the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in the Business Development Department in addition to working as a part time trainer mainly in soft skills (Business Etiquette – Customer Service – Marketing for Non Marketers – Report Writing – selling Skills – Time Management). Attended EBI’s Train the Trainer conducted by ASTD and funded by USAID and became EBI Certified Trainer. I then joined Commercial International Bank (CIB) as a Senior Trainer to prepare, develop and conduct training sessions for all CIB staff on (Service Quality – Sales – Communication – TOT for junior trainers – Recruitment and Selection – How to excel In an Interview – Call center skills ( Agents and Supervisors). Currently im the Head of Talent Management in Egyptian Steel, I have managed several successful projects like the Launch of the Beni Suif Development center and overall design of the company’s Competency frame work.
