Lydia Mdluli graduated in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Psychology from UJ (Then RAU). She is a Registered Psychologist with more than 15 years experience in organizational psychology, within the Human Capital department.

She has worked for companies like Edcon, Howden and Auditor-General, in roles from Senior Talent Acquisition Practitioner, Senior Assessments Specialist to Divisional Human Resources Manager, to Group Talent Manager, before joining African Bank in her current capacity as Head: Organisational Effectiveness.  She has been in this role for more than 6 years, with strategic focus on: Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Culture, Change Management, People Engagement, Talent Management, Psychometric Assessments, Performance Management
