Keneiloe Selamolela Head – Learning and Development (OUTsurance Holdings)
Keneiloe started her career as a Social Work Intern at Eskom in 1995. After which she joined Cotlands Baby Sanctuary as a Social Worker, offering therapeutic counselling services to abandoned and abused children and later moved on to offer rehabilitative counselling to male inmates at the Department of Correctional Services.  She then opened her own consulting firm in Training and Development, Keneiloe Mohube and Associates, where she worked with Eskom Distribution as a contractor training Business Architecture and Soft Skills programs nationwide. In 2000, she joined the MTN group as a Customer Services Trainer and was later promoted to Training Team Leader, then Training Manager the following year, a role which she performed successfully until she moved to Medscheme as a National Training Manager in 2005. In 2006, after being retrenched at Medscheme, she joined First Rand Short Term insurance Administration (Outsurance/Momentum STI/SIAS) as Head of Learning and Development. She is also the Primary Skills Development Facilitator for the group.
In this role she manages the delivery of training and development initiatives for all employees and her successes include introducing Learning Paths, Management Development Programs, and eLearning strategies.  The OUTsurance Learning Academy, which she heads, is an accredited learning provider with the INSETA and provides Technical, Leadership, and Behavioural Skills for the organisation.
Keneiloe is a member of the Outsurance Excecutive Committee and has previously contributed to the INSETA Council as a Councilor representing Business. She now serves in the INSETA Council HR Committee.  
Keneiloe holds the following qualifications: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a thesis titled: ‘An exploration of the causes of gender stereotyping in the workplace’; a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA), both from University of Pretoria - Gordon’s Institute of Business Science, with an Achievement Award for Organizational Behavior, a Human Resources Management Diploma from Damelin Management School, a BA Social Work degree from the University of the North and an Advanced Programme in Organizational Development with UNISA, amongst others.
She is blessed with a 15 year old son Motse, whom she adores greatly. She is passionate about gender issues and enjoys a good debate on social issues. She enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, and is a self confessed socialite!
