Dima Khatib is a senior change management and HR professional with 20+ years of experience in most aspects of HR management including HR strategic planning, organizational development, performance management, talent management, and learning and development. In her position as the Management Development and Learning Manager at Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar, Dima is managing the learning and development function with a focus on talent management and leadership development.
Dima worked for more than 15 years in the USA and the last 7 years in Dubai, UAE. Prior to joining Al-Bahar, Dima worked with Dubai Customs as a Change Management Expert and as a consultant before that with Accenture and Clarkston Consulting in the USA. In her consulting role, she mainly assisted client organizations in managing their change journey through the design and development of individual performance and organizational change. As the Training Manager at Clarkston Consulting, Dima and her team enabled the organization to receive the BEST Award by ASTD and the CUBIC Award by IQPC for several years in a row.
Dima is an experienced and engaging speaker at conferences in the United States and the UAE on the topics of change management, integrating training and knowledge management, and on linking performance and measuring competencies. Her speaking engagements include The Training & Development Show 2014, ASTD conference, IPQC Conference, and ACMP Global and Middle East conferences. Dima is an advisory board member at the Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Society. She graduated from Elmhurst College with a B.S. in Finance and Economics and completed her M.S. in Management with a concentration in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
