Ms Kate Thompson | Channel Manager, Social Media NAB
Kate works as Channel Manager, Social Media in Direct Channel Marketing for NAB. Her focus and passion sits with digital marketing, social business strategy, and social media from both a strategic and executional standpoint. As a founding member of NAB’s Social Media Team, Kate worked to develop and implement NAB’s social media strategy which has seen great success from both a communications and customer service perspective. In February 2011, Kate devised and implemented the social component of the digital marketing strategy behind NAB’s award-winning Break Up campaign where it was critical for paid, owned and earned media to work together to drive conversation, engagement and amplification.
