Not just another chat solution, Chadvise uses Artificial Intelligence to create meaningful conversation to improve customer experience online and on Facebook messenger. As part of the Retail Track, he will explain how Chadvise fill the online to offline gap that brands are facing by creating customer centric in-chat features. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Nicolas was the Regional Digital Marketing Manager for Sanofi Pasteur for Asia and before that, digital manager for Euler Hermes. As an expert in Digital Marketing, Data & AI, Nicolas and his team analyze all chat and conversion going through Chadvise and improve experience to reduce website bounce rate and improve brands bottom line. Nicolas holds a double master degree in both financial market and international business management from Dauphine University.
