Henry Christian is a data-driven marketing practitioner in Loyalty, CRM and Partnership. His loyalty marketing experience spans across the financial sector (American Express, OCBC Bank), department stores (Robinsons, John Little, Marks & Spencers) and lifestyle retails (Wing Tai Retail, MAP). Having established himself as a loyalty marketing and CRM expert, Henry has been invited to various speaking and industry engagements e.g. Loyalty & Engagement Awards (APAC), IDA Retail Analytics and radio talk shows. Henry is currently the General Manager and Head of Loyalty Program for MAP – the largest retailer in Indonesia. As Head of the Group Loyalty Unit – he oversees the CRM activities for more than 150 world-class brands across thousands of stores in Indonesia including Sogo, Galleries Lafayette, Zara, New Balance, Puma, Carter’s and Starbucks.
