Martijn Van Keulen, Head of Digital Channels & User Experience, TMB Bank

Martijn van Keulen started April 2015 as the head of Digital Channels & User Experience at TMB Bank Pcl. In this role he holds responsibility for the development, management and user experience of TMB’s digital platforms, including ME by TMB. Martijn has more than 15 years of retail banking experience first with ABN AMRO and for the past 5 years with ING, both in the Netherlands. At ING he was a member of the Mobile & Internet banking management team with responsibility for all online direct sales and services, serving some 8 million retail customers and leading a team of more than 40 online professionals. The Mobile & Internet banking team won prizes for best banking app in The Netherlands, favorite financial website and best social media company. 
Martijn holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Management from Nijenrode University and a Masters of Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School.
