Scott is a Programme Director with a track record of successfully delivering large and complex strategy, technology and digital change programmes. Within Al Tayer Retail Scott is supporting an ambitious retail physical and digital expansion programme that will see the first ever Macy's to open outside the USA. The programme includes new Bloomingdale's offerings in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait and the seamless integration of omnichannel and digital capabilities for these brands and stores within the GCC.
Scott’s career started as a management consultant for Deloitte, before moving to Accenture’s Consumer and High Tech practice. Scott left to join Moorhouse, a consulting start-up in the UK with a focus on programme and project management (PPM) excellence. He has led and/or supported a number of high-profile business and technology transformation programmes for the likes of Ford Motor Company, Pfizer, GSK and Dell Computers.
In 2011, Scott was named Moorhouse’s Consultant of the Year. In 2012, The Institute of Consulting and Chartered Management Institute (UK) named Scott as the UK’s ‘Consultant of the Year’ with the presentation made at the National Management and Leadership Awards in London. Scott holds an M.A. and B.B.S. (Hons) from Trinity College, Dublin and is a certified portfolio, programme and project management practitioner. Along with being a committee member of the Irish Business Network (UAE), Scott is a published writer and a regular speaker at industry and specialist events.
