Adri Lubbe, Head - User Experience And Omni Channel, African Bank

Adri is a passionate and committed leader obsessed with innovation and creating processes that result in superb customer experiences.  She prides herself on being an all rounder who can just as easily communicate IT requirements as speak to customers to understand their moments of truth. 
She holds an impressive track record of more than 18 years of hands-on experience, spanning the spectrum of banking from analytics, asset and liability management, credit risk management, a brief stint in sales, front end servicing and product management. As part of the expansion journey of African Bank, the decision was made to launch a new bank account #MyWorld.  With this step African Bank took the leap to transform the whole business onto an Omni platform, which Adri is currently spearheading.
Adri has strong technical and business qualifications and holds a BCom (Hons) Econometrics Cum Laude degree, qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and completed Master level training in Design Thinking.
On a personal note Adri has three obsessions: the joy of new discoveries that travelling the world brings, the zeal of riding a warm blood horse and the pleasure of a good read.
