Ms Uma Talreja | Head of Marketing-Westside, Trent Tata Group
Miss Uma Talreja is employed with Trent Ltd as Head- Marketing to handle marketing aspects of the retail business of Westside . Her role at Westside includes handling all aspects of marketing incuding branding, advertising & communication, public relations, online initiatives, Loyalty & CRM, market research, promotions & events and visual merchandising. She also has a key role to play in the property & real estate strategy at Westside including site evaluation and marketing estination, and also store planning and design.
Her prior experience includes heading marketing for major retail brands such as more. from Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Shoppers Stop, HomeStop, Crossword Book Stores, Mothercare of UK. She has been a key contributer to Shoppers Stop’s foray into airport retailing and for its international alliances with M.A.C and Build A Bear. She has also been a lead contributor to Shoppers Stop’s rebranding strategy.
She has a keen passion to travel and has very good exposure to International Retail around the globe which helps her to establish higher benchmarks for the brands at home.
