Jess Calvo is Country Security Manager and Head of Operational Monitoring of Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam. Currently responsible for Security, Safety, Business Monitoring, Maintenance, Team Leader of Crisis Management Team (CMT), Commander & Master Instructor of Emergency Response Team Special Unit (ERTSU), Chairman of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and a former Representative of Metro Asia Region Security Competence Team. Mr. Calvo was previously President of KJ Business Intelligence Co., Ltd. Operations Controller of Guardian Health & Beauty Thailand under the Dairy Farms. Retail Business Consultant of B2S under Central Group Business in Thailand. Operations Controller & Security Manager of Watson Health & Beauty Thailand under Hutchison Whampoa. He is almost unique in the marketplace with considerable hands on experience in both Retail Operations and Retail Security/Health and Safety at a senior level. Innovative and brings a new perspective to Security/Protection of Profits in any Retail Company. He was also the first to implement & establish the Emergency Response Team for Metro Cash & Carry International in Vietnam to manage all types of crises that occurs from human and natural disaster which made Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam to be the first international company to be acknowledge by The Vietnamese Community perceives METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam as a Good Corporate Citizen.
