Ing. William Amuna, graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 1985 with a BSc. (Honors) Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. He has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana (2001), an MPA in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (2003) and a postgraduate certificate in Electrical Power Systems from the Advanced School in Power Systems, Penn State University (USA). Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive, he worked in Volta River Authority where he began his career in 1985 as Assistant Engineer and rose to the position of Director, Projects and Systems Monitoring.
He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).
