Dr. Lee is a director at the MDimune Inc., a leading extracellular vesicle (EV) company. Currently, he is working on the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), cancers, and other malignant diseases by introducing stem cells and immune cell derived EV mimetic (nano vesicles).
He has explored multiple research areas including DDS, stem cell, tissue engineering, molecular imaging, and nanomedicine to provide cutting-edge technology in translational research for cell therapy, autoimmune disorder, and regenerative medicine.
His excellent research expertise and endeavor in the extracellular vesicle, molecular imaging, medical modalities, radiation therapy, and nanomedicine as well as stem cell therapy could be verified by his published articles, presentations, patents, and awards.
Dr. Lee got his doctoral degree in the stem cell and tissue engineering of Wayne State University, MI and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with regenerative medicine and Cornell University with translational imaging.
