Chung-Lin Yang, Team Leader, Division of Health Technology Assessment, Center For Drug Evaluation

Chung-Lin Yang is currently the team leader of economic evaluation group for the Division of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) at Taiwan Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE). CDE is an independent, not-for-profit organization established by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) in Taiwan in 1998, to enhance the quality and efficiency of the evaluation of drugs and medical devices. Chung-Lin joined CDE in 2015 responsible for HTA research about drug, medical device, medical procedure, and health policy.

He was a statistician at Medcom Asia and prior to that lecturing in several universities including Taipei Medical University, Minghsin University and more. He graduated from Taiwan Fu Jen Catholic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health before pursuing master degree on Environmental and Occupational Health and PhD candidate in Pharmacoeconomics and Pharmacoepidemiology at Taiwan National Yang-Ming University.
