The Pfizer Global Supply Adelaide facility is a world leader in the development and cGMP manufacture of microbial recombinant proteins and biosimilars, with more than 37 years’ experience with E. coli based processes from clinical development to commercial manufacturing. The site has worked with more than 50 different proteins, including antibody fragments, growth hormones, multimer peptide repeat- and conjugate vaccines. We have worked with more than 20 customers globally in the last 10 years and have recently completed a major refurbishment in readiness for commercial manufacturing.
