Michel Labrousse, Managing Partner, Mazarin Capital

Since 2009, Managing Partner of Mazarin Capital, an investment vehicle linked to a few family run pools of capital taking participations or establishing partnerships in industrial or natural resources related businesses.
Until 2009, in charge of the financial markets businesses and subsidiaries in Asia of Natixis, the French banking group where we focused our efforts to build the public markets franchise with a strong emphasis on the equity and fixed income derivatives businesses. 
Has also developed a Strategic Solutions business for both corporate and institutional to cover their funding, investments and risk hedging needs. The teams have developed various financing solutions to achieve optimum liabilities management.
Previously ran the same business in Japan for ten years and has lived and thrived through various economic cycles always trying to bring product innovation to corporate and institutional clients. 
While based in London I have also developed a global macro internal hedge fund when I was Deputy head of the markets and investment banking activities covering all asset classes.
