DITECFER is the consortium composed by 32 Tuscan companies operating in the Rail Industry since 1906, and 3 renowned Research Bodies specialized in Technologies applied to Rail. Research and Innovation are, in fact, “core” to DITECFER.
DITECFER companies represent the entire Rail Supply Chain: from Rolling Stock design, manufacturing, maintenance, to Infrastructure realization; from Signalling and Control Systems development, production, testing, installation, maintenance, to Certification and Homologation.
Thanks to R&I activities, DITECFER companies can easily integrate their competences in order to provide solutions to critical issues such as the challenges of environmental sustainability (see Project TESYS RAIL: http://tesysrail.it/en) and hostile climatic conditions. With a touch of Italian Design, of course.
