Emmanuel is the Chief Executive Officer of RATP Dev Transdev Asia (RDTA) since 2015. RDTA operates and maintains major rail systems in Asia including the Seoul Metro Line 9, the Mumbai Metro Line 1 and the Hong Kong Tramways, bus networks in China, and is working on new major urban rail O&M projects across the region. Emmanuel is also directly leading the iconic Hong Kong Tramways as Managing Director since 2012.  Before moving to Hong Kong he was based in Seoul, where he was in charge of Business Development in Southeast Asia & Korea for RDTA and was also a Director of the Seoul Metro Line 9 Operation Company. He joined Veolia Transport (now Transdev) in 2005 as a Project Manager in the team in charge of PPP and major projects, then moved to Beijing in 2007 to help start-up the Asian business. An Engineer, Emmanuel graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in France. Emmanuel is a French Foreign Trade Advisor, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Instituted of Logistics and Transport (HK) and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
