Stefano Bettanin, Doctor, Association of Property Managers Italia

BETTANIN Stefano (CEO Rentopolis and President of the National Association Property Managers Italia), born in sandrigo (VI) on 24 May 1980 after graduating in law in 2005 in Trento, holds a Master’s degree in “Making and saving deals in the Global Business Environment” at the University La Sapienza in Rome and the hamline University of St. Paul (Minnesota - USA), on negotiation, mediation and arbitration. From March 2003 to January 2004 he works at the University Research Centre of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. From October 2004 to July 2005 he is a researcher at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, Investment Treaty Forum”in London (United Kingdom). From October 2005 to April 2007 he works at Dal Ferro-sartore-Diamantakis-Natale law firm.
From September 2006 to November 2006 he is “visiting Foreign lawyer” at the studio “Reed Smith LLP”, at their headquarters in Washington DC (USA).
From May 2007 to March 2010 he works in the department of“Banking and Finance” at the studio “SJ Berwin LLP” (now King & Wood Mallesons) between Milan and London.
Obtaines the title of solicitor at the Court of Appeal in Venice and also the title of solicitor at the Senior Court in London, United Kingdom.
From April 2010 to August 2012 he works in the department of “Banking and Finance, Project Finance and Restructuring” at Lombardi Molinari and Associati (now Lombardi Molinari Segni) in Milan. From September 2012 to October 2013 he works in the department “Banking and Finance, debt and Restructuring” at the law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in Milan. From October 2013 to December 2015 he works in the “Legal & compliance department at The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, in Milan. He founds Rentopolis in 2013 and becomes CEO in December 2015, still serving as Single Administrator.
In October 2017 he is named President of Property managers Italy (www.propertymanagersitalia.it), national association of category that represents the managers of holiday homes and in general extra-accommodation facilities hotel, position he still holds. In 2018 he was appointed CEO of Red rentals, a company established in Miami that manages about a hundred apartments in South Beach, Miami, Florida (USA).
