Nurhayati Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and a Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with both children and adults in a mental health facility, providing psycho-education and counselling as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Since 2003, she has been working with children with autism, in 1 on 1 setting as well as in school settings, in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. After completing her supervisory training in our Hong Kong office under the direction of Mr. Toby Mountjoy in 2006, she has conducted staff training, intensive parent education groups, public talks as well as case management. Presently, she is a Senior Case Supervisor providing clinical support and case management to children in Singapore, under the direct supervision of Dr. Ronald Leaf, Dr. John McEachin and Mr. Toby Mountjoy. She also provides consultations and conducts workshops for schools and organisations in both Singapore and Southeast Asia.
