Dr Hazel M Angeles graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Arts in School Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management. Recently finished a graduate certificate program under the Masters of Distance Education at the University of the Philippines Open University. Her academe experience covers 30 years of practice: 20 years as a guidance counselor, 10 years as a school principal and 19 years as a part time assistant professor II handling subjects in the college of education
She is also a regular speaker and panel member in Edutech Philippines and Edutech Asia. Her advocacy includes training future teachers and preparing them for a long-term commitment in the education of the child.
