Wilgon has been involved in the IT industry since 1997 and in Telecom projects since 2003. 
He is currently Group CTO of Azur Telecom Group, responsible for overseeing global technology, strategy and business development for the operations (Congo, Gabon, RCA) of Azur Telecom Group. Wilgon is a result-oriented Executive Director with a strong ability of analysis, strategies and business development.  
Before being appointed Group CTO of Azur Telecom (Bintel ltd), he has been Chief Technical and Information Officer (CTIO) of Azur Congo.
He has also been Project Manager & Programme Manager at Siteg Telecom, where he guided successfully the roll out of Azur Congo and also the Managed services of Azur Congo network.
Earlier in his career, he has been Operations and Country Manager of Projex CI in charge of MTN Congo Roll Out during five years, Roll out Manager of LIKUSASA in charge of MTN extension projects during three years.
Wilgon holds three (03) Master degrees (Computer Applications, Project management, Innovation & Production), Bachelor in Macroeconomics and Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2012.
