Electronic Engineer by the Polytechnic University in Madrid, she has more than 30 years experience in Telecommunications, having performed responsibility positions in different areas like: software development, system specification, project management, consultancy (in data modeling, business support systems, SLAs and global accounts customer care processes); in companies like Racal Milgo, Wang, Alcatel and several Telefonica affiliates. For the last 15 years, she has worked in the Development Division of Telefonica International Wholesale Services (TIWS), now within Telefonica Global Solutions that includes the global enterprise business, where she is in charge of the development for Interconnection as well as Agreements for all kinds of services, both in the enterprise and the wholesale markets. Additionally, she has been leading the evolution of IP interconnection models and strategy at international fora for the whole Telefonica Group, with a particular focus in IPX and presently she leads the Service Interconnection Committee within Telefonica.
