David Issa is a national account executive at Optus Singtel, working in the prepaid sales division; David has worked with Optus for over 13 years in various roles across the business and also had a recent stint in the UK with Car Phone Warehouse. David currently manages the recharge distribution strategy across the Optus Prepaid business, working with vendor partners to ensure customers get the right mix of recharge opportunities. David’s portfolio includes key distributors (Epay and Touch Networks), ATM Banks, Major Retailers , Online (Itouch) and Smartphone applications. David is consistently looking at new and emerging technologies within the prepaid recharge business to ensure that Optus continues and maintains its leadership position within this market.
