I have Joined NCC Bank Ltd as Head of Alternative Delivery Channel after 10 years experience in Cards & Alternative Delivery Channels in other Two Top Banks in Bangladesh. These banks are Pioneer in Cards and Alternative Delivery Channels. In my previous banks I worked in Business development, Sales, Customer Service & retention. I had to develop value added services & products related to Cards. I had the opportunity to work as card center manager & Acting Head of cards in BRAC BANK Ltd, which has second highest number of Cards. I also worked as Project manager for starting Alternative Delivery Channel (ATM, CDM, and Call Center). Before that I worked in Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Cards Department, which has the highest number of cards in Bangladesh. In NCC bank I am the project manager for switching solution for debit & credit card implementation. In the road map of Payment solutions of NCC Bank I have to implement Mobile Banking, Internet Banking & other delivery Channels.
