Mr. Tomas Laboutka is a serial entrepreneur who founded 3 ventures over the past 6 years and has most recently served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of FL Ventures Ltd, a specialist in advising start-ups on how to expand successfully across Europe. 

As Project Manager for multinational consultancies, Mr. Tomas Laboutka focused on market entry strategies and matchmaking in Central and Eastern Europe. He was also a member of the Sub-Committee for Entrepreneurship of the National Economic Council of the Czech Government. He earned his CEMS MIM degree from the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Economics in Prague. 

As CEO and Co-founder of HotelQuickly Limited, Mr. Tomas Laboutka has built the #1 mobile app for last- minute hotel booking in the Asia Pacific Region. HotelQuickly Limited has grown to 15 countries in Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia in the last 2 years and is set to change the way people travel spontaneously in the region.
